Aix\u00f2 permet disminuir la conflictivitat i millorar el comportament perqu\u00e8 proporciona seguretat.<\/li>\n<li>Aquest pla serveix per crear una <strong>rutina<\/strong> i pot ser Al finalitzar la setmana es pot revisar i modificar. Durant la setmana pot ser similar a la setmana escolar i el cap de setmana diferent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Com ha de ser aquest pla?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Clar, exacte i amb poques coses.<\/li>\n<li>Per escrit: visual i amb colors.<\/li>\n<li>Amb unes hores de refer\u00e8ncia, com s\u00f3n les dels h\u00e0bits dels \u00e0pats i de la son.<\/li>\n<li>Amb un planning de les activitats di\u00e0ries: oci, tasques escolars, ajudar als pares( tasques de la llar ), activitat f\u00edsica, tecnologies, contacte amb amics i fam\u00edlia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cal fer un treball de les emocions: posar nom al que estan sentint i ajudar-los a identificar-les.<\/li>\n<li>Millor aplicar recompenses a la conducta desitjada que c\u00e0stigs a la conducta a evitar.<\/li>\n<li>Focalitzar i treballar sobre el bon comportament.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar positivament aspectes concrets, no treballar-ho tot de cop.<\/li>\n<li>Establir unes normes per casa i si les compleix establir una recompensa que sigui immediata. Si les normes que ten\u00edem abans del confinament ens servien les podem continuar fent servir.<\/li>\n<li>Vigilar el llenguatge i el tipus de comunicaci\u00f3 que utilitzem els adults.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QU\u00c8 FER&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quan es produeixen <strong>conductes d\u2019explosi\u00f3 o frustraci\u00f3<\/strong>. Hi ha una s\u00e8rie de coses que s\u00ed que podem fer i altres que no haur\u00edem de fer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COSES QUE S\u00cd QUE PODEM FER<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anticipar i explicar a l\u2019infant com actuar\u00e0 l\u2019adult.<\/li>\n<li>Donar opcions de soluci\u00f3, just abans \u201cdel descontrol\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipar el temps l\u00edmit que t\u00e9 \u201cper escollir\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Haver pactat un lloc de temps-fora on \u201canar a pensar\u201d i\/o \u201crelaxar-se\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Explicar-li que:<\/li>\n<li>No \u00e9s un c\u00e0stig<\/li>\n<li>Donar-li un feedbak de que sabem com se sent ( trist, enfadat&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Dir-li que no el podem ajudar m\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Si no ho compleix, es pacta una conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia anticipadament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>COSES QUE NO PODEM FER<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No confrontar o pressionar conductes o accions en moments de crisis.<\/li>\n<li>No pressionar per a corregir-lo en els moments de crisis.<\/li>\n<li>No entrar en una lluita de poders, volent demostrar que l\u2019adult \u00e9s el qui \u201cmana\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>No criticar o utilitzar comunicaci\u00f3 agressiva.<\/li>\n<li>No establir c\u00e0stigs en moments de conflicte.<\/li>\n<li>No comentar la situaci\u00f3 conflictiva amb un altre adult o persona quan el nen est\u00e0 enfadat i davant.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar comentaris com: \u201csempre et portes tan malament!\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Quan arribem al <strong>moment de l\u2019explosi\u00f3&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La millor estrat\u00e8gia \u00e9s <strong>l\u2019extinci\u00f3<\/strong>, que vol dir ignorar, no donar-li atenci\u00f3 ni negativa ni positiva.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Retirar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 immediatament: avisar al nen, evitar el contacte ocular i\/o l\u2019emissi\u00f3 de qualsevol recriminaci\u00f3 o gest.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenir certa dist\u00e0ncia sense donar-li atenci\u00f3.
