L\u2019alumnat de Cicle Superior adopta el rol de padr\u00ed i els infants m\u00e9s petits es converteixen en els seus fillols des d\u2019I5, de manera que els acompanyen durant dos cursos amb un <\/span><b>objectiu com\u00fa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: gaudir de manera compartida de la lectura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aix\u00ed doncs, aquesta activitat fa possible l\u2019<\/span><b>aprenentatge entre iguals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> aportant beneficis com: afavorir la motivaci\u00f3, enfortir les relacions, desenvolupar habilitats socials, ajudar a comprendre els altres i aprendre junts, millorar l&#8217;empatia, educar en el comprom\u00eds, millorar les habilitats comunicatives i la lectura en veu alta, refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;autoestima, propiciar la creativitat i la innovaci\u00f3, i fomentar el sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A m\u00e9s, l\u2019<\/span><b>apadrinament lector<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> qu\u00e8 pret\u00e9n?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Generar una experi\u00e8ncia positiva envers el proc\u00e9s lector.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Motivar l\u2019aprenentatge de la lectura compartida entre iguals des del respecte i la cooperaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fomentar la responsabilitat, el comprom\u00eds i la implicaci\u00f3 per part de l\u2019alumnat que hi participa en el moment de fer l\u2019apadrinament i l\u2019acompanyament.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\r\n\t<div
