Abans per\u00f2 hem de definir qu\u00e8 \u00e9s e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ritme circadiari. Aquest <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ens diu quan hem d\u2019estar desperts i quan hem de dormir: hem d\u2019estar desperts quan \u00e9s de dia i quan \u00e9s de nit, hem de dormir. Respectar aquest ritme \u00e9s important. Trencar el ritme circadiari afecta a la producci\u00f3 de melatonina del nostre cervell, qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l\u2019hormona que ens ajuda a dormir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s important <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sopar aviat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per no dormir amb la panxa plena.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p
