{"id":5323,"date":"2019-04-02T10:43:20","date_gmt":"2019-04-02T08:43:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiprellinars\/?p=5323"},"modified":"2019-04-02T10:43:28","modified_gmt":"2019-04-02T08:43:28","slug":"per-fi-hem-fet-gelats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiprellinars\/actualitat\/per-fi-hem-fet-gelats\/","title":{"rendered":"PER FI HEM FET GELATS!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avui hem fet un experiment per aconseguir fer gelats!<\/p>\n<p>Consistia en posar: 1\/2 tassa de llet, 1\/2 tassa de crema de llet (nata l\u00edquida), una mica de sucre i llavors posar-hi el gust que vulguis, nosaltres hi hem posat cacau en pols.<\/p>\n<p>Llavors l&#8217;experiment consisteix en afegir tots els ingredients en una bossa de pl\u00e0stic (de les de congelar). En una bossa m\u00e9s gran hi afegim la bossa dels ingredients i gel amb sal.<\/p>\n<p>Hem de remenar durant molta estona (uns 12 minuts).<\/p>\n<p>La sal \u00e9s conductora, i fa passar el fred del gel a la bossa, per aix\u00f2 es congela. I hem de remenar per trencar els cristalls de gel!!!
