Vam pensar qu\u00e8 passaria amb cada aliment, i vam comprovar qu\u00e8 havia passat realment.<\/p>\n<p>Les conclusions que vam treure son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AL CONGELADOR ES CONSERVEN MILLOR TOTS ELS ALIMENTS<\/li>\n<li>A FORA \u00c9S ON ES CONSERVEN PITJOR<\/li>\n<li>A FORA I A LA NEVERA S\u2019HAN FLORIT ALGUNS ALIMENTS, AL CONGLEADOR NO.<\/li>\n<li>A FORA PODEM GUARDAR ALIMENTS SECS, SENSE AIGUA (fruits secs, galetes, macarrons, &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>ELS ALIMENTS QUE COMPREM EN CONSERVA ELS PODEM GUARDAR A FORA. QUAN ELS OBRIM ES COMENCEN A FER MALB\u00c9 (LLET, TONYINA, &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>ELS OUS NO ES PODEN CONGELAR (el rovell es queda com una esfera i no es desf\u00e0! Amb textura com de patata bullida)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SABEM QUE:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ELS MICROORGANISMES ES MOUEN AMB L\u2019AIRE I NECESSITEN L\u2019AIGUA DELS ALIMENTS PER VIURE. PER AIX\u00d2 AL CONGELADOR ES CONSERVEN MILLOR ELS ALIMENTS, PERQU\u00c8 L&#8217;AIGUA DEL MENJAR ES CONGELA I ELS MICROORGANISMES NO ACTUEN.<\/li>\n<li>LA TEMPERATURA IDEAL DEL CONGELADOR \u00c9S -18\u00ba, PERQU\u00c8 EL MENJAR ES CONGELA M\u00c9S R\u00c0PID I ES FAN CRISTALLS D&#8217;AIGUA PETITS. SI ELS CRISTALLS ES FAN GRANS (A TEMPERATURES MES ALTES) ES TRENQUEN ELS TEIXITS DE L&#8217;ALIMENT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container
