Per aix\u00f2, hem volgut dedicar una sessi\u00f3 espec\u00edfica a ajudar als nostres alumnes m\u00e9s petits a valorar-ho i aix\u00ed, ensenyar-los a interpretar els senyals que ens d\u00f3na el nostre propi cos per tal d&#8217;auto regular-nos millor.
