{"id":11093,"date":"2026-05-22T13:30:45","date_gmt":"2026-05-22T11:30:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipramonfausiesteve\/?p=11093"},"modified":"2026-05-28T10:37:51","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T08:37:51","slug":"convocatoria-de-vaga-pel-dia-27-de-maig-de-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipramonfausiesteve\/portada\/convocatoria-de-vaga-pel-dia-27-de-maig-de-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"CONVOCAT\u00d2RIA DE VAGA PEL DIA 27 DE MAIG DE 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>CONVOCAT\u00d2RIA DE VAGA PEL DIA 27 DE MAIG DE 2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies de l&#8217;alumnat del centre,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les organitzacions\u00a0 sindicals USTEC-STEs, ASPEPC-SPS, CGT, USOC, COS I La Intersindical, han convocat unes\u00a0 jornades de vaga\u00a0 del 12 de maig al 5 de juny de 2026\u00a0 de 00:00 a 24:00 hores, d\u2019acord amb la distribuci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent, adre\u00e7ades al personal docent (funcionari i inter\u00ed), al personal laboral i laboral docent i tot el personal que presta serveis als centres educatius p\u00fablics i a l\u2019estructura del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional i dels diferents Serveis Territorials i del Consorci d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Barcelona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">27 de maig de 2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i amb les reivindicacions referents a la p\u00e8rdua de poder adquisitiu acumulada els darrers anys, a l\u2019augment de la burocr\u00e0cia, a la manca de recursos humans i materials, a la necessitat de reduir r\u00e0tios i ampliar plantilles, aix\u00ed com a la millora de les condicions del personal laboral i d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa, amb l\u2019objectiu de garantir una educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de qualitat i una inclusi\u00f3 real.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019acord amb l&#8217;article 1 de\u00a0 l\u2019 Ordre EMT\/ \/2026, constitueixen serveis m\u00ednims als centres educatius:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una persona de l\u2019equip directiu per cada centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un docent per cada 3 unitats o aules.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Davant d&#8217;aquesta situaci\u00f3, us comuniquem que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El centre romandr\u00e0 obert en compliment dels serveis m\u00ednims fixats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hi haur\u00e0 activitat lectiva, \u00e9s a dir, no hi haur\u00e0 classes sin\u00f3 que nom\u00e9s es far\u00e0 gu\u00e0rdia i vigil\u00e0ncia de l\u2019alumnat afectat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumnat de diferents aules s\u2019agrupar\u00e0, si cal,\u00a0 en un mateix espai.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atentament,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escola Ramon Faus i Esteve<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">22 de maig de 2026<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CONVOCAT\u00d2RIA DE VAGA PEL DIA 27 DE MAIG DE 2026<br \/>\nA l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies de l&#8217;alumnat del centre,<br \/>\nles organitzacions\u00a0 sindicals USTEC-STEs, ASPEPC-SPS, CGT, USOC, COS I La Intersindical, han convocat unes\u00a0 jornades de vaga\u00a0 del 12 de maig al 5 de juny de 2026\u00a0 de&hellip;
