{"id":10951,"date":"2026-03-16T09:38:11","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T08:38:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipramonfausiesteve\/?p=10951"},"modified":"2026-03-25T10:14:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T09:14:25","slug":"comunicat-de-vaga-pels-dies-18-i-20-de-marc-de-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipramonfausiesteve\/portada\/comunicat-de-vaga-pels-dies-18-i-20-de-marc-de-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicat de vaga pels dies 18 i 20 de mar\u00e7 de 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies de l&#8217;alumnat del centre,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les organitzacions\u00a0 sindicals\u00a0 USTEC-STEs, ASPEPC-SPS, CGT i\u00a0 I-CSC han convocat\u00a0 jornades de vaga<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aquest dimecres 18 de mar\u00e7 i el divendres 20 de mar\u00e7 de 2026<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de 00:00 a 24:00 hores, adre\u00e7ada al personal docent (funcionari i inter\u00ed) i al personal laboral i personal laboral docent del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional amb les reivindicacions referents a la p\u00e8rdua de poder adquisitiu acumulada els darrers anys, a l\u2019augment de la burocr\u00e0cia, a la manca de recursos humans i materials, a la necessitat de reduir r\u00e0tios i ampliar plantilles, aix\u00ed com a la millora de les condicions del personal laboral i d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa, amb l\u2019objectiu de garantir una educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de qualitat i una inclusi\u00f3 real.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019acord amb\u00a0 l\u2019 Ordre EMT\/ \/2026, constitueixen serveis m\u00ednims als centres educatius:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una persona de l\u2019equip directiu per cada centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un docent per cada 3 unitats o aules.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Davant d&#8217;aquesta situaci\u00f3, us comuniquem que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El centre romandr\u00e0 obert en compliment dels serveis m\u00ednims fixats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hi haur\u00e0 activitat lectiva, \u00e9s a dir, nom\u00e9s es far\u00e0 gu\u00e0rdia i vigil\u00e0ncia de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumnat de diferents aules s\u2019agrupar\u00e0, si cal,\u00a0 en un mateix espai.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atentament,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escola Ramon Faus i Esteve<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16 de mar\u00e7 de 2026<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies de l&#8217;alumnat del centre,<br \/>\nLes organitzacions\u00a0 sindicals\u00a0 USTEC-STEs, ASPEPC-SPS, CGT i\u00a0 I-CSC han convocat\u00a0 jornades de vaga aquest dimecres 18 de mar\u00e7 i el divendres 20 de mar\u00e7 de 2026, de 00:00 a 24:00 hores, adre\u00e7ada al personal docent (funcionari i&hellip;
