La finalitat \u00e9s facilitar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019aprenentatge i l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019una bona lectoescriptura a aquest alumnat. El programa tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 per objecte aconseguir una escolaritzaci\u00f3 exitosa que permeti identificar i eliminar les barreres que impedeixen la pres\u00e8ncia, participaci\u00f3 i promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat que presenta necessitats educatives especials derivades de discapacitat auditiva, motora, intel\u00b7lectual, visual, amb trastorn generalitzat del desenvolupament, trastorn greu de conducta o pluridiscapacitat escolaritzat en centres ordinaris.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 dels problemes d\u2019aprenentatge, de la comunicaci\u00f3 i del llenguatge, en edats molt primerenques, \u00e9s una pr\u00e0ctica educativa fonamental per al desenvolupament harm\u00f2nic dels infants, at\u00e8s que permet detectar les necessitats espec\u00edfiques de l\u2019alumnat, prioritzar les intervencions i minimitzar les repercussions en l\u2019\u00e0mbit personal, acad\u00e8mic i social que se\u2019n puguin derivar.<\/span><span programa compta amb la dotaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria de mestres d\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil, prim\u00e0ria, educaci\u00f3 especial i audici\u00f3 i llenguatge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Objectius del Programa\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Avan\u00e7ar en el disseny d\u2019un model d\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Actualitzar i ajustar les mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Fomentar i facilitar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies en la vida del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Promoure el paper de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa en la transformaci\u00f3 inclusiva d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional i en centres concertats.<\/span><span d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Barcelona tria els centres educatius on es desenvolupa el Programa, tot tenint en compte l\u2019\u00edndex de complexitat i l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia, en el Projecte Educatiu de Centre, d\u2019objectius referits a la millora de la capacitat inclusiva.<\/p>\n<p><span
