A l’hora de Psicomotricitat a infantil ens ho passem molt b\u00e9 amb les diferents activitats que fem i intentant acompanyar i ajudar als infants en el seu proc\u00e9s de maduraci\u00f3 global. Comencem les sessions on l\u2019alumnat reprodueix la paraula de PSI-CO-MO-TRI-CI-TAT amb diferents parts del cos i explicant la sessi\u00f3 i les consignes per a que tot funcioni b\u00e9. Treballem amb el diferent material creant un espai de joc sensoriomotor respectant el propi ritme de cada alumne i tamb\u00e9 es deixa temps pel joc simb\u00f2lic. Com a cloenda recollim el material, parlem de com ha anat la sessi\u00f3, com s\u2019han sentit i fem la relaxaci\u00f3 a partir de la pr\u00e0ctica de ioga i la respiraci\u00f3 per tornar a la calma.<\/p>\n
