Quan hem arribat ens hem dirigit a la platja per a iniciar-nos en els esports aqu\u00e0tics. Primer de tot ens hem posat les armilles de salvament i els monitors ens donaven les instruccions pertinents abans d&#8217;iniciar-nos en qualsevol activitat .\u00a0 Hem fet tres grups i hem anat passant\u00a0 per les tres activitats que hi havia programades: bany, caiac i paddel surf. Els hi hem agafat la pr\u00e0ctica de seguida, tot i que hi hagut m\u00e9s d&#8217;una caiguda!<\/p>\n<p>Al migdia, un cop canviats i canviades, hem agafat forces amb un bon dinar. Despr\u00e8s hem pogut visitar el Port de Vilanova, hem accedit a dins i un guia ens anava explicant tot el proc\u00e9s que segueix el peix des de que es pesca fins que arriba a casa nostra. Hem tingut la sort de veure com atracaven<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> uns vaixells, descarregaven la pesca i la treien a subhasta.
