Hola fam\u00edlies,<\/p>\n

Volem fer-vos un tastet d’un dels tallers interdisciplinars que treballem en el Cicle Inicial. Aquest taller tracta de representar totes aquelles accions di\u00e0ries que precisen prendre decisions. Tot aix\u00f2 ens ajuda a revisar, guiar, organitzar i avaluar el nostre comportament, amb l’objectiu d’adaptar-nos a l’entorn per aconseguir metes.<\/p>\n

Uns dels exemples a destacar poden ser: la capacitat d’inhibir les respostes impulsives que sentim, aconseguint l’autocontrol i l’autoregulaci\u00f3 emocional; i la mem\u00f2ria de treball on millorem la capacitat d’emmagatzemar informaci\u00f3 i mantenir-la activa en la ment.<\/p>\n
