Com estem col\u00b7laborant i aprenent junts en una nova cultura docent? Com fem de l\u2019escola una organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n i una unitat de recerca?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> I, finalment, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem i qu\u00e8 hem de deixar de fer?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3, trobareu un recull de les conclusions extretes amb tot el claustre:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Qu\u00e8 hem fet?\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el curs 20\/21 vam fer la reflexi\u00f3 sobre qu\u00e8, com i perqu\u00e8 la necessitat d\u2019un canvi educatiu. A partir d\u2019aquesta reflexi\u00f3 vam consensuar com a claustre formar part del Programa d&#8217;acceleraci\u00f3 de la transformaci\u00f3 educativa\/eines per al canvi (PACTE), impulsat pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i amb una durada de 3 anys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vam fer una diagnosi del centre per valorar els punts forts i febles del nostre centre, i decidir la continu\u00eftat de les bones pr\u00e0ctiques i la millora de la resta. Seguidament vam presentar la sol\u00b7licitud i vam elaborar la carta de motivaci\u00f3 per poder formar part del PACTE en el qual hem estat admesos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enguany hem iniciat una s\u00e8rie d\u2019actuacions tals com:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modificar les franges hor\u00e0ries per poder portar a terme les noves metodologies educatives. Actualment, s\u00f3n tres sessions di\u00e0ries d\u2019hora i mitja.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear una nova organitzaci\u00f3 del professorat, en tres agrupaments: petits (P3, P4 i P5), mitjans (1r, 2n i 3r) i grans (4t, 5\u00e8 i 6\u00e8).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destinar 3 hores setmanals a trobades amb l\u2019agrupament per fer reflexi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica i compartir bones pr\u00e0ctiques i dubtes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019escola va canviar les coordinacions de trasp\u00e0s d\u2019informaci\u00f3 per agrupaments d\u2019edats evolutives similars. Aix\u00ed doncs, actualment tenim moments de reflexi\u00f3 conjunta amb els companys\/es.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, els claustres tamb\u00e9 han fet un petit gir respecte altres anys. Les reunions de tot l\u2019equip docent no impliquen tant la transmissi\u00f3 d\u2019informaci\u00f3 sin\u00f3 que han esdevingut un espai per poder compartir dubtes i avan\u00e7ar conjuntament.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per altra banda, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha iniciat una nova formaci\u00f3 de claustre, impartida per una docent del centre, on hem pogut compartir la visi\u00f3 del Disseny Universal de l\u2019Aprenentatge. D\u2019aquesta manera, podem tenir objectius comuns de centre i vetllar per una l\u00ednia d\u2019escola. Aix\u00ed mateix, s\u2019ha realitzat tamb\u00e9 un assessorament a c\u00e0rrec de Nati Bergad\u00e0, la qual ha sorgit d\u2019una necessitat interna per formalitzar la visi\u00f3 del treball per projectes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per \u00faltim, s\u2019estan prioritzant les cotutories per tal de tenir una visi\u00f3 compartida de l&#8217;aprenentatge i vetllar per l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><i>Qu\u00e8 volem fer?<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir d\u2019aquest context ens proposem realitzar trobades de caire pedag\u00f2gic per reflexionar i crear els projectes d\u2019aula de manera conjunta. Mitjan\u00e7ant la codoc\u00e8ncia volem aprofitar per fer observaci\u00f3 i\/o avaluaci\u00f3 entre mestres per millorar i compartir les pr\u00e0ctiques a l\u2019aula.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un altre prop\u00f2sit \u00e9s la creaci\u00f3 de nous espais d\u2019aprenentatge per a l\u2019alumnat com l\u2019aula de joc simb\u00f2lic i el laboratori matem\u00e0tic. Donat que \u00e9s molt important situar l\u2019alumnat en el centre del seu propi aprenentatge iniciem noves metodologies de treball a l\u2019aula: ambients a agrupament de petits, treball per racons a agrupament de petits i mitjans , treball per projectes i centres d\u2019inter\u00e8s amb mirada DUA per a tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, veiem convenient una coordinaci\u00f3 amb educaci\u00f3 especial i especialistes per tal de crear una l\u00ednia m\u00e9s clara d\u2019escola. Tamb\u00e9 voldr\u00edem trobar m\u00e9s espais de debat amb els i les tutores i tot claustre. Per altra banda, proposem presentar projectes a altres cursos per tal d\u2019enriquir-nos m\u00fatuament i aprofitar oportunitats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalment, i no menys important, considrem que s\u2019han de prendre acords sobre la nova visi\u00f3 per garantir una l\u00ednea d\u2019escola.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Objectius:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reflexionar junts sobre el proc\u00e9s que estem realitzant durant el canvi educatiu.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treballar de manera globalitzada i competencial.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fer de l\u2019alumnat el protagonista del seu propi aprenentatge i part\u00edcip de les activitats del dia a dia de l\u2019escola: el bon dia, les festes, vetllar pel bon funcionament dels espais comuns (pati, hort, etc).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recollir i compartir els projectes i les bones pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoure agrupaments i claustres que fomentin la reflexi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica i els acords.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per acabar amb la reflexi\u00f3, voldr\u00edem concloure amb un document realitzat el curs passat on resumim les pr\u00e0ctiques que volem continuar fent perqu\u00e8 s\u2019adeq\u00fcaven a la nostra l\u00ednia pedag\u00f2gica i, contr\u00e0riament, les que vol\u00edem deixar de fer.
