Es pot portar a terme a dins o a fora de l\u2019aula.<\/li>\n<li>Desdoblaments: Es divideix el grup en grups m\u00e9s petits heterogenis per tal de reduir r\u00e0tios i oferir millor acompanyament a l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Dos mestres a l\u2019aula: La doc\u00e8ncia del grup classe est\u00e0 compartida per dos mestres que es complementen i ofereixen model m\u00e9s enriquidors.<\/li>\n<li>Racons: El treball per racons \u00e9s una metodologia que consisteix a organitzar l&#8217;aula en diversos espais on els alumnes, distribu\u00efts en petits grups, realitzen activitats simult\u00e0nies de manera aut\u00f2noma.<\/li>\n<li>Tallers: S\u00f3n unes activitats de car\u00e0cter procedimental, manipulatiu i creatiu on participa tot l\u2019alumnat d\u2019un cicle agrupat en diferents grups intercicles i amb r\u00e0tios m\u00e9s petites. A l\u2019escola els tallers que fem s\u00f3n d\u2019art<\/li>\n<li>Treball per projectes: Parteix de l\u2019inter\u00e8s negociat amb l&#8217;alumnat. L\u2019alumne \u00e9s el protagonista en la construcci\u00f3 del propi coneixement. Incentiva processos d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 que suposen cercar. S\u2019avalua el que s&#8217;ha apr\u00e8s i com s\u2019ha apr\u00e8s. S\u2019activa la comunicaci\u00f3, el di\u00e0leg i la discussi\u00f3 en petit i gran grup per construir coneixement de forma compartida.<\/li>\n<li>Treball cooperatiu: L&#8217;aprenentatge cooperatiu proposa un enfocament de les situacions d&#8217;ensenyament-aprenentatge basades en les interaccions socials i pret\u00e9n que els alumnes es vinculin estretament entre ells, de manera que cada un sap que el seu esfor\u00e7 personal ajuda els companys a aconseguir l\u2019\u00e8xit tant a nivell grupal com individual.<strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: var(--ast-global-color-3); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MESURES I SUPORTS ADDICIONALS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les mesures i els suports addicionals permeten ajustar la resposta educativa de forma flexible, preventiva i temporal, focalitzant la intervenci\u00f3 educativa en aquells aspectes del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge que poden comprometre l\u2019aven\u00e7 personal i escolar d\u2019alguns alumnes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refor\u00e7 en petit grup: Atenci\u00f3 a grups amb pocs alumnes que presenten dificultats similars i normalment s\u2019atenen fora de l\u2019aula.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2416\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceippuigdagulles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1050\/2021\/02\/IMG_0085-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"294\" height=\"221\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceippuigdagulles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1050\/2021\/02\/IMG_0085-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceippuigdagulles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1050\/2021\/02\/IMG_0085-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceippuigdagulles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1050\/2021\/02\/IMG_0085-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceippuigdagulles\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1050\/2021\/02\/IMG_0085-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 294px) 100vw, 294px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Treball individual: Atenci\u00f3 individualitzada per aquell alumnat que ho necessita<\/li>\n<li>Suport escolar personalitzat: \u00c9s un recurs que serveix per intensificar en alguns alumnes l\u2019aprenentatge d\u2019aspectes concrets i per un per\u00edode curt de temps.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibilitzaci\u00f3 del temps escolar: Hi ha alumnat que presenta una maduresa per sobre de l\u2019edat que pertoca o alumnes tenen un ritme molt lent i s\u00f3n m\u00e9s immadurs. En aquest casos, l\u2019equip de mestres, juntament amb la fam\u00edlia, podem decidir modificar el temps escolar portant a terme retencions o promocions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MESURES I SUPORTS INTENSIUS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les mesures i els suports intensius s\u00f3n espec\u00edfics per als alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials, estan adaptats a la seva singularitat i permeten ajustar la resposta educativa de forma extensa, amb una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia regular i, normalment, sense l\u00edmit temporal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educaci\u00f3 Especial: L&#8217;<strong>educaci\u00f3 especial <\/strong>\u00e9s l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Educaci%C3%B3\">educaci\u00f3<\/a>\u00a0espec\u00edficament destinada a alumnes amb necessitats educatives considerades especials, <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=Discapacitat_ps%C3%ADquica&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">discapacitats ps\u00edquiques<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Discapacitat_f%C3%ADsica\">f\u00edsiques<\/a>\u00a0o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sensorial\">sensorials<\/a>, incloent-hi totes les actuacions encaminades a compensar aquestes necessitats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de mesures i suports intensius comporta l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via d\u2019un pla individualitzat (PI), en el qual s\u2019han de concretar els objectius, els professionals implicats que s\u2019han de coordinar, les adaptacions metodol\u00f2giques i els indicadors de seguiment del progr\u00e9s que permetin avaluar-ne l\u2019efic\u00e0cia i fer-hi els reajustaments necessaris.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suport de serveis externs: L\u2019alumnat que presenta necessitats educatives especials singulars pot requerir serveis externs que el departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 posa a disposici\u00f3 de l\u2019escola: EAP, logopeda, fisioterapeuta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el cas de Corbera
