Al cicle inicial estem treballant el cos i per aprofundir en alguns aspectes de salut, el dimecres dia 2 de novembre ens va venir a fer una xerrada l’Eva, una fisioterapeuta que treballa a l’Hospital Santa Maria i al CAP 11 de setembre.<\/p>\n

Ens va donar alguns consells per la nostra higiene postural per poder fer una prevenci\u00f3 i fer-nos conscients d’alguns mals h\u00e0bits que ens evitaran mal d’esquena. Com per exemple, seure b\u00e9 a classe, portar b\u00e9 la motxilla, aixecar-se b\u00e9 del llit…<\/p>\n

Va ser molt enriquidor!<\/p>\n
