Les<br \/>\npersones m\u00e9s grans han d\u2019incloure exercicis espec\u00edfics de for\u00e7a, flexibilitat i equilibri.<\/li>\n<li><strong>INFANTS I GENT JOVE:<\/strong> cada dia cal fer 1 hora d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica moderada, com a m\u00ednim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Trieu activitats que us agradin.<\/li>\n<li>Si no teniu temps, podeu anar sumant minuts actius durant el dia.<\/li>\n<li>Si us va millor, o si ho preferiu, podeu combinar activitats diferents (esports, jocs, despla\u00e7aments a peu o en<br \/>\nbicicleta, gimn\u00e0stica, exercici planificat).
