Aquesta setmana, la canalla d\u2019I5 ha participat en un taller d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, pensat espec\u00edficament per a educaci\u00f3 infantil. Ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia vivencial i molt l\u00fadica: hem explorat colors, olors i textures dels aliments, hem parlat de qu\u00e8 ens ajuda a cr\u00e9ixer forts i amb energia, i hem recordat bons h\u00e0bits com rentar-se les mans, hidratar-se sovint i escollir fruita per esmorzar o berenar. A l\u2019aula hem compartit idees per preparar esmorzars m\u00e9s variats i equilibrats, reduir envasos d\u2019un sol \u00fas i apostar per opcions senzilles, de temporada i de proximitat. Ens ha quedat clar que menjar b\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 pot ser divertit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
