SORTIDA\u00a0 DE\u00a0 LA\u00a0 VEREMA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Les i els alumnes de primer i segon vam anar a visitar les bodegues de MAS BERTRAN i\u00a0 tamb\u00e9 vam anar a fer la verema.<\/p>\n

Aquesta sortida ens ha ajudat a completar els coneixements sobre el projecte que estem fent: \u201cPer qu\u00e8 l\u2019escola es diu Pla de les Vinyes?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Als camps de vinya tots vam poder collir el ra\u00efm i posar-lo a una tina per trepitjar-lo, i tot cantant, vam poder omplir \u00a0una ampolla de most.\u00a0 Aquest most el v\u00e0rem dur a la classe per observar el proc\u00e9s de fermentaci\u00f3, o sigui, com el llevat es menja el sucre del most i\u00a0 es va transformant en vi.<\/p>\n

A la bodega MAS BERTRAN ens van ensenyar les m\u00e0quines i el recorregut que fa el ra\u00efm fins que es transforma en vi o cava.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9 vam tastar el most i ens va agradar molt!!!<\/p>\n
