La dita popular assegura que &#8220;una poma al dia allunya metge i malaltia&#8221;. En realitat \u00e9s aix\u00ed, perqu\u00e8 aquesta fruita est\u00e0 considerada l&#8217;estrella en la lluita per a la prevenci\u00f3 de les malalties cardiovasculars. La poma, pel seu bon contingut en fibra (uns 6-8 grams aproximadament en una pe\u00e7a mitjana), ajuda a netejar les art\u00e8ries de colesterol dolent tot impedint la formaci\u00f3 de plaques ateromatoses que podrien obstaculitzar el pas de la sang. El seu efecte benefici\u00f3s el notem tamb\u00e9 en el budell gros, on la fibra dificulta l&#8217;absorci\u00f3 a la sang del colesterol procedent de determinats aliments.<\/h6>\n<h6>Un gran valor d&#8217;aquesta fruita s\u00f3n les propietats que afavoreixen el correcte funcionament del budell, ja que pot actuar com a astringent o laxant segons com es consumeixi.<\/h6>\n<h6>Podem dir que la poma crua i amb pell \u00e9s laxant, \u00e9s a dir, \u00fatil per tractar el restrenyiment, i si la poma es consumeix pelada, ratllada i enfosquida (afavorint l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 dels tanins) t\u00e9 l&#8217;efecte contrari al nostre organisme, resulta astringent.<\/h6>\n<h6>Les seves propietats antioxidants es deuen als polifenols (quercetina) que es troben en abund\u00e0ncia a la pell, components que actuen beneficiosament sobre els radicals lliures que s\u00f3n els responsables de l&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3 del nostre organisme.<\/h6>\n<h6>Una poma menjada en dej\u00fa cada mat\u00ed \u00e9s un excel\u00b7lent depuratiu i, despr\u00e9s dels menjars \u00e9s el millor dentifrici natural, per\u00f2 no per aix\u00f2 hem de deixar de rentar-nos les dents despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver menjat.<\/h6>\n<h6>L&#8217;elevat contingut de pectina de la poma a m\u00e9s d&#8217;ajudar a eliminar el colesterol de la sang, tamb\u00e9 ajuda el nostre cos a desfer-se dels metalls perillosos, com el mercuri i el plom, dipositats en el nostre organisme per la contaminaci\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica de moltes ciutats.<\/h6>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/fruita.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/header-logo.png\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nDes del Pla de Consum de Fruita a les escoles finan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea i la Generalitat de Catalunya avui s&#8217;ha comen\u00e7at a repartir als alumnes gratu\u00eftament fruita fresca de temporada.
