Per fer-ho heu de seguir aquests passos:<\/p>\n<p>Material:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pot de vidre o de pl\u00e0stic petit, env\u00e0s de iogurt, got\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Cot\u00f3 fluix (amb discs desmaquillants tamb\u00e9 funciona!)<\/li>\n<li>Llenties (o mongetes, tamb\u00e9 funciona!)<\/li>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<li>Paper i llapis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Procediment:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posem una mica de cot\u00f3 al fons del pot.<\/li>\n<li>Hi col\u00b7loquem dues o tres llenties<\/li>\n<li>Reguem les llavors amb una mica d&#8217;aigua i esperem uns quants dies.
