L’alumnat de 5\u00e8 ha realitzat un taller d’higiene postural amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 l’Alejandro, el nostre fisioterapeuta de refer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n
A partir de diferents activitats, que hem fet en petit grup, hem apr\u00e8s quina \u00e9s la postura m\u00e9s adient per seure i per dormir, com hem de moure objectes que tenen un cert pes, quina \u00e9s la millor manera de recollir objectes del terra o quin \u00e9s el pes m\u00e0xim que haur\u00edem de carregar a les nostres motxilles.<\/p>\n
Per acabar, hem fet un Kahoot per repassar tots els conceptes apresos.<\/p>\n
