Necessitarem:\u00a0<strong>catifes, coixins i altaveu per posar m\u00fasica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tots els participants hauran de seure al terra en cercle, per tal que tothom faci el\u00a0<strong>massatge a la persona\u00a0<\/strong>del davant i aix\u00ed successivament.
