{"id":10215,"date":"2018-10-18T13:37:15","date_gmt":"2018-10-18T11:37:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceippaucasals\/?p=10215"},"modified":"2018-10-18T13:40:42","modified_gmt":"2018-10-18T11:40:42","slug":"que-es-la-psicomotricitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceippaucasals\/infantil\/que-es-la-psicomotricitat\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la Psicomotricitat?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Abans de consolidar el llenguatge, els infants es comuniquen amb tot el cos i \u00e9s a trav\u00e9s d\u2019ell que, a mesura que aprenen i desenvolupen les seves habilitats corporals, van estructurant el pensament, comencen a tenir cert control emocional i tamb\u00e9 desenvolupen habilitats de relaci\u00f3 amb els altres i el seu entorn.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Per a que sigui significatiu el moviment dels infants, aquest ha de partir de la seva espontane\u00eftat en l\u2019activitat i el joc lliure. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que la <b>Psicomotricitat<\/b> \u00e9s tan necess\u00e0ria en aquestes edats ja que, si es dona en bones condicions, els nostres nens i nenes milloraran la seva autoestima, la consci\u00e8ncia del propi cos i del plaer, les seves capacitats, la construcci\u00f3 de la seva identitat, el coneixement i l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 dels l\u00edmits, la relaci\u00f3 entre els seus companys\/es i l\u2019autonomia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Per tant, la <b>Psicomotricitat <\/b>\u00e9s una disciplina que considera les persones com una globalitat, tenint per objectiu desenvolupar de forma equilibrada totes les capacitats de l\u2019infant (cognitives, motrius, emocionals i afectives) a trav\u00e9s del seu cos, del moviment espontani i del joc lliure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Jugant, els nens i nenes guanyen autonomia, seguretat i autoestima. A m\u00e9s, el psicomotricista, l\u2019acompanya en tot moment cap a la construcci\u00f3 de la seva pr\u00f2pia identitat. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Amb el moviment i l\u2019acci\u00f3, l\u2019infant va aprenent a relacionar-se amb el seu propi cos, amb l\u2019espai, amb els objectes i amb els altres. Perqu\u00e8 quan un infant juga i es mou, ens est\u00e0 expressant el seu m\u00f3n interior i la seva forma de sentir la realitat, mentrestant va aprenent sobre ell mateix i sobre el m\u00f3n que
