Hem apr\u00e8s que cal fer exercici, dormir b\u00e9, tenir una bona higiene i alimentar-se correctament. A m\u00e9s hem anat al supermercat a comprar cereals integrals, llet de vaca i llet vegetal.\u00a0 Un cop hem arribat a l\u2019escola hem pogut preparar i menjar tot el que hem comprat.
