{"id":6939,"date":"2023-11-29T10:39:46","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T09:39:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipmontseny-barcelona\/?p=6939"},"modified":"2023-11-29T10:41:07","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T09:41:07","slug":"objectius-de-lerasmus-cete-a-lescola-montseny","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipmontseny-barcelona\/general\/objectius-de-lerasmus-cete-a-lescola-montseny\/","title":{"rendered":"Objectius de l&#8217;ERASMUS+ CETE+ a l&#8217;escola Montseny"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Com ja sabeu, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nostra <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">escola <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">una <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">escola <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">urbana <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">situada <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entorn <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">privilegiat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenim <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gran <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sort <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d&#8217;estar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">part <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">boscosa <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">parc <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00fcell <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ens <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">beneficiem <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d&#8217;aquest <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">desenvolupar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">processos <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d&#8217;aprenentage <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">significatius <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pels <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nostres <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">infants<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ja <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">duem <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a terme moltes <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e0ctiques <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">educatives <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">connectades al <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nostre <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entorn <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">als <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">continguts <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d&#8217;aprenentatge<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per\u00f2 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">considerem <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ens <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">podem <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enriquir <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">compartir <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">experi\u00e8ncies <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">amb <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">altres <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">escoles europees <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tenen <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inquietuds <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">similars<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Amb l\u00ednia amb els objectius del microconsorci TATEE (<b>Transformaci\u00f3 i Ampliaci\u00f3 de Temps i Espais Educatius) <\/b>Projecte Erasmus+ KA120, CETE+ des de la nostra escola ens proposem:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectius d\u2019aprenentatge de l\u2019alumnat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consolidar la percepci\u00f3 de pertinen\u00e7a a la zona boscosa del Park G\u00fcell i el Bosc Turull.<\/li>\n<li>Despertar l\u2019inter\u00e8s per descobrir i crear enlla\u00e7os amb altres entorns de la Uni\u00f3 Europea. Obrir les portes de la nostra escola a Europa<\/li>\n<li>Desvetllar en l\u2019alumnat amor pel\u00a0 saber a trav\u00e9s de potenciar processos d\u2019aprenentatge vinculats al nostre entorn.<\/li>\n<li>Orientar els infants en el desenvolupament de les seves potencialitats a partir d\u2019un enfocament educatiu inclusiu, centrat en l\u2019alumnat tot personalitzant i diversificant l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Objectius d\u2019aprenentatge professional:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitar l\u2019adequada formacio\u0301 del professorat, a partir dels intercanvis amb el micro consorci i els partners europeus, per proveir-nos de les eines necessa\u0300ries per proporcionar als infants una educacio\u0301 de qualitat i adequada als temps que viuen.<\/li>\n<li>Donar eines a les mestres perqu\u00e8 es sentin segures a l\u2019hora de fer propostes riques a la natura tot impulsant la coordinacio\u0301 i el compromi\u0301s amb la li\u0301nia d\u2019escola i el Projecte Natura.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la comunicacio\u0301 entre professionals i membres de la comunitat educativa per arribar a la construccio\u0301 comuna de coneixement vinculat a les escoles natura, outdoor learning, walking curriculum.<\/li>\n<li>Treballar un aprenentatge basat en evide\u0300ncies i revisar la seva p<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Objectius d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Ampliar la nostra xarxa educativa afavorint la cultura col\u00b7laborativa tant de manera presencial com online.<\/li>\n<li>Crear estrat\u00e8gies per fomentar la presa de decisions de l\u2019alumnat en relaci\u00f3 al seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>Cocreaci\u00f3, amb els diferents membres de la comunitat educativa i les nostres xarxes, de propostes did\u00e0ctiques relacionades amb la natura.<\/li>\n<li>Plantejar una nova organitzaci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria que ens deixi encabir de manera sostenible totes les necessitats del nostre projecte educatiu<\/li>\n<li>Millorar la documentaci\u00f3 d\u2019aula per poder fer difusi\u00f3 dels aven\u00e7os
