Aquest treball consisteix en qu\u00e8 el mestre planteja una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;activitats als alumnes que, lliurement, poden experimentar. Cada rac\u00f3 serveix per treballar un contingut motriu. Els continguts \u00a0que es treballen s\u00f3n les reptacions i quadrup\u00e8dies, els salts, els girs, els equilibris i la coordinaci\u00f3 entre d&#8217;altres. Tamb\u00e9 es treballa el joc simb\u00f2lic mitjan\u00e7ant materials com cercles, cordes, teles o diaris que el mestre proporciona als alumnes al cap d&#8217;una estona d&#8217;haver comen\u00e7at la sessi\u00f3.
