{"id":21711,"date":"2023-07-28T09:43:54","date_gmt":"2023-07-28T07:43:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipmariafortuny\/?p=21711"},"modified":"2023-07-28T09:51:18","modified_gmt":"2023-07-28T07:51:18","slug":"han-comencat-les-obres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipmariafortuny\/general\/han-comencat-les-obres\/","title":{"rendered":"Han comen\u00e7at les obres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Han comen\u00e7at les obres de millora de l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica a la nostra escola.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Aquestes obres estan incloses al <strong>Pla Director d\u2019infraestructures Educatives<\/strong>, que cont\u00e9 la planificaci\u00f3 de les actuacions de construcci\u00f3 de nous centres i ampliacions per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 les obres de rehabilitaci\u00f3, adequaci\u00f3 i millora. Concretament les obres d\u2019aquest centre persegueixen millorar l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i augmentar la confortabilitat de les instal\u00b7lacions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Les obres consisteixen en millorar de la transmit\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;envolupament de l&#8217;edifici mitjan\u00e7ant la substituci\u00f3 del nombre m\u00e0xim de tancaments exteriors. Concretament, es retiraran i substituiran les finestres antigues per unes de noves d&#8217;alumini.
