Totes les propietats i tota la relaci\u00f3 t\u00edmbrica que poden tenir qualsevol instrument de percussi\u00f3 les pot tenir el cos.. Els principals usos d&#8217;aquesta pr\u00e0ctica son did\u00e0ctics, terap\u00e8utics, socials, l\u00fadics o est\u00e8tics, entre d&#8217;altres.<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup> Es tracta d&#8217;una de les manifestacions musicals m\u00e9s primitives junt al cant.<\/p>\n<p>Els<strong> beneficis de la percussi\u00f3 corporal<\/strong>\u00a0hi ha una percepci\u00f3 i reconeixement del cos, que redescobreixes amb aspectes com el moviment. Hi ha tota la part m\u00e9s cognitiva. Ajuda a millorar l\u2019atenci\u00f3. Es treballa el desenvolupament de la mem\u00f2ria i la lateralitat, perqu\u00e8 potencies molt els patrons de dreta i esquerra i la relaci\u00f3 del cos a l\u2019espai.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta pr\u00e0ctica pot incorporar, a m\u00e9s del treball amb el <strong>propi cos<\/strong>, el treball amb el cos d&#8217;<strong>altres persones<\/strong> i altres <strong>elements externs<\/strong> (cadires, taules, gots, plats,&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Aspectes a tenir en compte a l&#8217;hora de <strong>treballar la percussi\u00f3 corporal<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Donar un toc de veu (so\/paraula) a cada moviment.<\/li>\n<li>Anar poc a poc en l&#8217;aprenentatge dels moviments; fins que no tenim assegurat un no passar al seg\u00fcent.<\/li>\n<li>Iniciar els moviments lents i anar augmentant el ritme a mesura que els anem automatitzant.<\/li>\n<li>Quan us feu experts en la rutina, es pot incorporar una m\u00fasica que s&#8217;adeq\u00fci i fer els moviments. En aquest punt es deixa de cantar els moviments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed teniu uns <strong>enlla\u00e7os<\/strong> per practicar algunes <strong>propostes<\/strong>.
