Aquests exercicis els combinarem en diferents rutines: Estiraments, Coreografies, Ioga, Exercicis de for\u00e7a, Exercicis de precisi\u00f3 (maneig d\u2019objectes), sempre podem deixar anar la creativitat i crear algun repte que impliqui alguna dificultat f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Totes aquestes propostes s\u2019aniran penjant al Bloc d\u2019educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica creat a la Web de l\u2019escola:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipmargallo\/bloc-deducacio-fisica\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipmargallo\/bloc-deducacio-fisica\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per aquesta setmana s\u2019han penjat una s\u00e8rie d\u2019exercicis cardiovasculars a trav\u00e9s de rutines d\u2019aer\u00f2bic.
