El ritme i la <strong>intensitat<\/strong> de les sessions d\u2019aer\u00f2bic varia <strong>en funci\u00f3<\/strong> de les <strong>can\u00e7ons<\/strong> utilitzades; aix\u00ed que si voleu fer una sessi\u00f3 m\u00e9s calmada trieu una can\u00e7\u00f3 tranquil\u00b7la, i si voleu el contrari trieu una can\u00e7\u00f3 mogudeta.<\/p>\n<p>Com qualsevol activitat f\u00edsica aquesta ha de tenir una<strong> progressi\u00f3<\/strong>; aix\u00ed que podem diferenciar <strong>tres parts<\/strong>: escalfament o entrada en calor; on b\u00e0sicament es realitzen moviments generals articulars. Continuem amb la part principal on es realitza la rutina amb el seguir de movimientos establerts.
