En aquest sentit, cal afavorir que les fam\u00edlies s\u2019impliquin i participin en el funcionament del centre. Aquesta participaci\u00f3, recollida en diferents normatives, pot ser; individual o col\u00b7lectiva, segons el tipus d\u2019acci\u00f3 i la motivaci\u00f3, i formal o informal, segons el grau d\u2019institucionalitzaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed, existeixen diferents canals de participaci\u00f3, des dels menys formalitzats, com poden ser trobades de pares i mares per impulsar una celebraci\u00f3 o una revista, als espais m\u00e9s formals, com s\u00f3n les comissions mixtes, l\u2019AMPA i el Consell Escolar. En l\u2019\u00e0mbit m\u00e9s proper a les accions de l\u2019aula, trobem la participaci\u00f3 dels pares i mares com a delegats i delegades de classe. La figura de delegat o delegada de classe, en una situaci\u00f3 de confinament, pot ser un vincle o canal per mantenir el lligam amb la pluralitat de fam\u00edlies del grup-classe i el centre educatiu<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta figura facilita l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i la creaci\u00f3 de vincles entre fam\u00edlies i entre fam\u00edlies i escola, factor molt important .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la figura del delegat o delegada de classe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <strong><em>delegat o delegada de classe<\/em> <\/strong>\u00e9s un pare, mare o tutor legal que exerceix el paper d&#8217;enlla\u00e7 entre les fam\u00edlies d\u2019un grup-classe, el tutor o tutora del grup, l\u2019escola i l\u2019AMPA. Aquesta figura no est\u00e0 regulada normativament, per\u00f2 est\u00e0 molt estesa entre els centres educatius ja que permet impulsar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre les fam\u00edlies i els tutors o tutores de grup. El delegat s\u2019ofereix de forma volunt\u00e0ria i \u00e9s escollit per les fam\u00edlies del grup-classe. Representa el col\u00b7lectiu de fam\u00edlies d\u2019aquest grup recollint necessitats, interessos i expectatives i establint un vincle entre les fam\u00edlies i el tutor o tutora. Pot resultar molt \u00fatil en cas d\u2019una situaci\u00f3 de confinament. En aquest sentit, tant docents com fam\u00edlies podrien acordar quines haurien de ser les funcions d\u2019aquesta figura de delegat\/a.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funcions dels delegats i de les delegades d&#8217;aula.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les funcions m\u00e9s destacables dels pares o mares delegats de classe estan relacionades amb:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el tutor\/a: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fer d\u2019enlla\u00e7 entre el tutor o tutora i les fam\u00edlies del grup en temes d\u2019inter\u00e8s per a la classe<\/li>\n<li>Detectar inquietuds o necessitats de les fam\u00edlies en relaci\u00f3 amb el centre: expectatives, interessos formatius de les fam\u00edlies, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Traspassar informaci\u00f3 \u201curgent\u201d que el tutor necessiti fer arribar a les fam\u00edlies<\/li>\n<li>Fer crides de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong>Dinamitzaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies del grup-classe:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la conviv\u00e8ncia i el bon clima escolar, evitant la transmissi\u00f3 de prejudicis i d\u2019actituds fiscalitzadores.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure els canals de comunicaci\u00f3 del centre i el seu bon \u00fas.<\/li>\n<li>Motivar i dinamitzar els pares i mares i afavorir que participin en activitats organitzades pel centre, AMPA o les fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Acollir les noves fam\u00edlies que s\u2019incorporin al grup-classe i ajudar-les en el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019inclusi\u00f3 en la comunitat educativa.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure accions cohesionadores entre les fam\u00edlies del grup-classe.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l\u2019AMPA: <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies en les diferents comissions de l\u2019AMPA.<\/li>\n<li>Detectar necessitats de formaci\u00f3 o inquietuds de les fam\u00edlies recollir propostes de millora en relaci\u00f3 amb els serveis que gestiona l\u2019AMPA.<\/li>\n<li>Difondre comunicacions de l\u2019AMPA.<\/li>\n<li>Fer arribar els dubtes, inquietuds, suggeriments, necessitats i interessos generals dels pares i mares de la classe cap a l\u2019escola.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinar-se amb els membres de l\u2019AMPA per animar les fam\u00edlies a participar en la vida del centre<\/li>\n<li>Fer arribar al consell escolar i a l\u2019equip directiu propostes de millora<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinaci\u00f3 amb els altres delegats: <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Assistir a les reunions de coordinaci\u00f3 de delegats impulsar f\u00f3rmules organitzatives i espais que afavoreixin la implicaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies en el fet educatiu<\/li>\n<li>Fer de referents per a altres pares i mares delegats.<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar estrat\u00e8gies per afavorir la participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies en el consell escolar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Com podeu participar les fam\u00edlies a l&#8217;escola?
