Aquesta activitat tenia tres objectius principals: saber generar codis QR, con\u00e8ixer els principals grups musculars del cos i saber quins exercicis ens ajuden a treballar-los.<\/p>\n<p>Per tal de poder dissenyar la nostra gimcana vam tenir que realitzar diferents passos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El primer va ser distribuir-nos amb grups cooperatius i assignar-li a cada grup un m\u00fascul determinat. Els alumnes tenien una plantilla amb diferents codis QR, amb l&#8217;ajuda de la tauleta els escanejaven i practicaven els exercicis que se&#8217;ls hi proposava. A continuaci\u00f3, havien d&#8217;escollir dos exercicis, gravar-se fent-los, donar algun consell t\u00e8cnic si ho creien oport\u00fa i penjar-los al canal de youtube de l&#8217;escola, per posteriorment agafar l&#8217;enlla\u00e7 i generar un codi QR.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop ten\u00edem els 16 codis QR generats, proced\u00edem a dissenyar on els amagar\u00edem utilitzant el pl\u00e0nol de l&#8217;escola. Cada classe li preparava la gimcana per a una altra classe.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, ens tocava realitzar la gimcana!!
