{"id":1974,"date":"2021-09-06T21:37:13","date_gmt":"2021-09-06T19:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipmaragallrubi\/?p=1974"},"modified":"2021-09-06T21:37:13","modified_gmt":"2021-09-06T19:37:13","slug":"projecte-educatiu-de-centre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipmaragallrubi\/general\/projecte-educatiu-de-centre\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte Educatiu de Centre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La nostra escola ha volgut prendre consci\u00e8ncia dels canvis radicals que es produeixen en la nostra societat i plantejar-se com ha de ser una escola d\u2019avui, capa\u00e7 de formar persones competents per a viure en un m\u00f3n basat en el coneixement i la informaci\u00f3, \u00e9s a dir, persones capaces de reflexionar i mostrar un bon domini dels recursos comunicatius, per aconseguir desenvolupar un pensament personal ampli i obert.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 nosaltres:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volem aconseguir que les nostres aules es constitueixin com a comunitats de persones que indaguen i interaccionen de forma dial\u00f2gica per comprendre el m\u00f3n, els altres i a un mateix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ens imaginem les nostres aules com un espai ric en comunicaci\u00f3, on les tem\u00e0tiques que es treballen s\u00f3n el resultat de consensos entre els interessos dels mestres i les inquietuds dels nens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Considerem els nostres alumnes com a subjectes dels aprenentatges, per a tant com persones que tenen informaci\u00f3, idees, sabers, maneres de fer, formes d\u2019explicar i d\u2019explicar-se, concepcions, creences, emocions i sentiments i que tot aquest bagatge s\u2019ha de poder expressar amb llibertat i respecte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pensem que l\u2019heterogene\u00eftat de les nostres aules \u00e9s un privilegi que hem de saber gestionar perqu\u00e8 s\u2019encarna en diversitat de maneres de fer i entendre, aportant a l\u2019aula una riquesa molt valuosa quan es valora i s\u2019aprofita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Creiem que \u00e9s clau el treball de les emocions i les relacions personals. El desig d\u2019aprendre, la curiositat pels fen\u00f2mens, l\u2019esperit d\u2019interrogar-te, o voler comprendre l\u2019altre \u00e9s quelcom que es conrea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Que el nostre paper com a mestres consisteix en dinamitzar, provocar, facilitar i gestionar situacions d\u2019aprenentatges diverses i no tan sols de transmetre coneixements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Creiem que l\u2019aprenentatge ha d\u2019estar sempre dotat de funcionalitat i significat i que la vida quotidiana, tant a l\u2019aula com a fora, genera de forma natural moltes oportunitats d\u2019aprenentatge que cal utilitzar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Volem fer de les nostres aules espais on altres alumnes, fam\u00edlies, entitats, experts, etc., facin les seves aportacions, enriquint aix\u00ed les possibilitats d\u2019aprenentatge. Intentem avan\u00e7ar cap a una comunitat d\u2019aprenentatge, en xarxa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Tots aquests principis la nostra escola els ha concretat en la filosofia pedag\u00f2gica que \u00e9s coneix com a Treball per Projectes.
