Per aix\u00f2 hem anat a la <em>f\u00e0brica de Xocolata Jolonch<\/em> a veure com l&#8217;elaboren. All\u00e0 hem vist uns senyors amb gorra, vestit blanc i un davantal negre que torraven el cacau, el molien, el passaven per la pedra, hi afegien sucre, posaven la barreja als motlles i cap a refredar a la nevera.<\/p>\n<p>Nosaltres, per\u00f2, hem tastat una bona tassa de xocolata desfeta i hi hem sucat un melindro.
