Heu de practicar durant uns quants dies i, quan ja us surti b\u00e9, gravar un v\u00eddeo\u00a0 en horitzontal sense que se us vegi la cara i enviar-lo a la meva adre\u00e7a.\u00a0 Segur<\/span> <span
