Primer trimestre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En aquest article us volem mostrar algunes de les activitats que hem realitzat durant aquest trimestre a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Vam comen\u00e7ar el curs treballant la <strong>lateralitat<\/strong>. En cursos anteriors, l&#8217;objectiu principal era con\u00e8ixer quin \u00e9s el nostre costat dominant. Aquest curs l&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s aconseguir que els infants diferenc\u00efin la dreta i l&#8217;esquerra en situacions reals de joc. Un nivell m\u00e9s avan\u00e7at, ja seria recon\u00e8ixer la dreta i l&#8217;esquerra d&#8217;un company que tinc a davant meu. Cal dir que molts infants ho tenen molt i molt clar.<\/p>\n<p>A la seg\u00fcent unitat vam treballar <strong>l&#8217;equilibri<\/strong>. Vam practicar l&#8217;equilibri est\u00e0tic, el din\u00e0mic i l&#8217;est\u00e0tic i el din\u00e0mic amb objectes. Per aconseguir desenvolupar l&#8217;equilibri vam utlitizar el joc de les est\u00e0tues, circuits, bicicletes variades, etc.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217; \u00faltima unitat que hem realitzat aquest trimestre, hem treballat <strong>l&#8217;habilitat motriu de saltar<\/strong>. Hem saltat de molt\u00edssimes maneres diferents; en jocs de persecuci\u00f3, fent salt d&#8217;allargada parats i en carrera, practicant el salt d&#8217;al\u00e7ada, saltant el cavall fort, saltant la corda, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Si voleu veure algunes imatges i v\u00eddeos on podreu veure les activitats que hem anat reatlizant, entreu en el seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/wMX6UhLYZLRfSbto9\">educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica 3r. 1r trimestre<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Estic molt satisfet de l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 dels nostres alumnes en el transcurs del trimestre. La seva motivaci\u00f3 vers l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica \u00e9s molt alta i aix\u00f2 els hi genera moltes ganes de practicar i superar-se.<\/p>\n<p>Aprofito per recordar-vos que <strong>el<\/strong> <strong>moviment \u00e9s imprescindible<\/strong> en el desenvolupament d&#8217;un infant.
