Generant un espai de calma i harmonia, fem exercicis que ens porten a una pau interior.<\/p>\n<p>Amb diferent targetes, interpretem amb el cos animals i elements de la natura. Estirem i coneixem les capacitats i limitacions del nostre propi cos.
