Utilitzem els espais que ens ofereix l&#8217;escola i tamb\u00e9 la Sala Bauret.<\/p>\n<p>Aeroyoga \u00e9s una modalitat de ioga practicat en un gronxador o hamaca, i que est\u00e0 inspirat en antigues tradicions com el Natha Ioga, el Mallakhmab Rope, l&#8217;Ayurveda i tamb\u00e9 pel m\u00e8tode Pilates. El control de la respiraci\u00f3 \u00e9s un element primordial en la pr\u00e0ctica del aeroyoga per generar concentraci\u00f3 i nodrir el cos.
