{"id":2502,"date":"2021-09-24T13:45:08","date_gmt":"2021-09-24T11:45:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiplillet\/?p=2502"},"modified":"2024-01-10T21:01:25","modified_gmt":"2024-01-10T20:01:25","slug":"el-nostre-pla-de-treball","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiplillet\/infantil\/el-nostre-pla-de-treball\/","title":{"rendered":"EL NOSTRE PLA DE TREBALL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ens endinsem en projectes, idees, nous objectius i reptes.<\/p>\n<p>El Pla de Treball s&#8217;inicia&#8230; \u270d\ud83c\udffb<\/p>\n<p>El Pla de Treball (PdT) \u00e9s una metodologia que permet respectar el ritme d&#8217;aprenentatge de cada alumn@ atenent les seves necessitats de forma individual. \u00c9s un treball ric on es fomenta l&#8217;autonomia en la gesti\u00f3 i el control de les pr\u00f2pies tasques i la presa de decisions, tamb\u00e9 el treball en equip (algunes tasques s\u00f3n en grup).<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;escola apostem i valorem molt aquest tipus de m\u00e8tode ja que contemplem com afavoreix l&#8217;autogesti\u00f3 i l&#8217;autocr\u00edtica envers el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprenentatge dels nens i nenes.<\/p>\n<p>Mestres i alumnes s&#8217;organitzen els objectius i continguts a assolir en un temps determinat i, passat aquest temps, es revisa i es valora conjuntament el treball fet i tamb\u00e9 la manera com es continuar\u00e0 avan\u00e7ant per a l&#8217;assoliment dels futurs.<\/p>\n<p>El pla de treball, una estrat\u00e8gia molt significativa.<\/p>\n<p>Podeu veure una petita mostra de fotografies de com treballen els alumnes clicant <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/L5guQsGb7eV5ErDbA\">AQU\u00cd<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ens endinsem en projectes, idees, nous objectius i reptes.
