L&#8217;objectiu era trobar el nivell d&#8217;esfor\u00e7 aer\u00f2bic que cadasc\u00fa podia aguantar durant 15 minuts: &#8220;Fins on puc arribar&#8221;. Uns altres dies ja repetirem la conviv\u00e8ncia i aix\u00ed tamb\u00e9 farem m\u00e9s pinya a les classes de 6\u00e8B, gr\u00e0cies per fer-ho<\/em>&#8221; Roger F.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>M&#8217;he cansat molt, per\u00f2 tot i que no m&#8217;agrada c\u00f3rrer he aconseguit c\u00f3rrer els 15 minuts sense caminar<\/em>&#8221; Martina G.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>A mi m&#8217;ha agradat perqu\u00e8 no fa falta arribar el primer, sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s una cursa de resist\u00e8ncia<\/em>&#8221; Xavier B.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>M&#8217;ha agradat molt, he vist que puc c\u00f3rrer m\u00e9s del que em creia i al final ho he pogut acabar tot. Ha sigut molt divertit<\/em>&#8221; Johana S.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Al principio lo odiaba, per\u00f2 luego me acab\u00f3 gustando<\/em>&#8221; J\u00falia O.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>M&#8217;ha agradat molt fer-ho, per\u00f2 estava molt cansada<\/em>&#8221; Carla E.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Ha sigut molt divertit i cansat als \u00faltims minuts de cada dia, m&#8217;agradaria continuar-ho fent<\/em>&#8221; Arnau I.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>A mi, mai m&#8217;ha agradat c\u00f3rrer, perqu\u00e8 sempre em canso molt i tinc flato. Per\u00f2 he corregut tot el que he pogut i he superat el que podia c\u00f3rrer tots aquests anys enrere<\/em>&#8221; Daria P.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>M&#8217;ho he passat molt b\u00e9 i m&#8217;he quedat molt cansada<\/em>&#8221; \u00c8lia B.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>En acabar les 5 sessions estava cansada, em feien mal les cames. El primer dia vaig anar molt r\u00e0pid i vaig acabar cansada, el cinqu\u00e8 dia vaig acabar cansada un 10<\/em>&#8221; Precious P.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>El primer dia vaig saber com era aix\u00f2 de c\u00f3rrer. he apr\u00e9s moltes coses: com mesurar la dist\u00e0ncia del meu recorregut, com mesurar les pulsacions en rep\u00f2s i despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7, que jo crec que en aquell temps on ho mesur\u00e0vem f\u00e8iem matem\u00e0tiques. El dia que m&#8217;ha agradat m\u00e9s ha sigut el 5\u00e8 dia, perqu\u00e8 he corregut m\u00e9s del que em pensava. En resum, m&#8217;ho he passat b\u00e9 fent aquesta activitat<\/em>&#8221; Amal A. L.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;H<em>a sigut una mica m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil fins que no li agafes el tranquillo<\/em>&#8221; Robert M.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Les cinc sessions m&#8217;han semblat divertides perqu\u00e8 no era una cursa i he pogut c\u00f3rrer al meu ritme i aix\u00f2 a mi m&#8217;agrada<\/em>&#8221; Ainoa S.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>M&#8217;ho he passat molt b\u00e9, per\u00f2 m&#8217;he cansat bastant<\/em>&#8220;. Mar E.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Estic molt satisfet de les meves marques. No pensava que corr\u00e9s tant<\/em>&#8221; Pau B.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>A l&#8217;hora de fer-ho no era divertit, per\u00f2 despr\u00e9s d&#8217;acabar si que ho era<\/em>&#8221; Lorena A.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>M&#8217;he cansat una mica i m&#8217;he divertit molt<\/em>&#8221; Shunai L.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Aquestes 5 sessions han sigut dures, m&#8217;he quedat cansada, i he hagut de caminar. Per\u00f2 ara s\u00e9: si em proposo algo i m&#8217;esfor\u00e7o ho puc aconseguir, i a m\u00e9s, ho puc superar. M&#8217;ha servit de molt<\/em>&#8221; Irene C.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Molt cansada i orgullosa<\/em>&#8221; Helena E.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Aliviat, al principi deia que era molt, massa, i a l&#8217;\u00faltim dia estava ben c\u00f2mode, mai no m&#8217;he parat ni a caminar<\/em>&#8221; Leo O.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Cansada, molt cansada, i feli\u00e7 perqu\u00e8 s\u00e9 que puc c\u00f3rrer \u00a0m\u00e9s del que imaginava<\/em>&#8221; Maria Z. R.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Em pensava que no podria c\u00f3rrer tanta estona, per\u00f2 al final no va ser complicat<\/em>&#8221; Elna V.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>M&#8217;he cansat molt per\u00f2 ho he aconsegui<\/em>t&#8221; Xevi S.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Tinc una sensaci\u00f3 de satisfacci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 he acabat les sis voltes<\/em>&#8221; Robert I. N.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>En acabar de c\u00f3rrer el cinqu\u00e8 dia vaig sentir que ho podria fer tot<\/em>&#8221; Artur Z.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Satisfacci\u00f3 i que podia fer m\u00e9s del que pensava<\/em>&#8221; Said A. A mi m&#8217;agrada molt c\u00f3rrer, i sobretot resist\u00e8ncia, ho recomano a tothom, a tots els cursos<\/em>&#8221; Pol R.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>El 5\u00e8 dia he hagut de parar perqu\u00e8 no podia m\u00e9s. Els altres dies he corregut b\u00e9, sense parar<\/em>&#8220;. Lourdes S.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; <em>Estava molt cansada, m&#8217;he sentit com lliure. M&#8217;ha agradat molt perqu\u00e8 estar\u00e9 m\u00e9s saludable<\/em>&#8221; Lisha Y.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Les sensacions que he tingut al c\u00f3rrer ha sigut com si m&#8217;hagu\u00e9s mort<\/em>&#8220;. Jo em proposava fer unes voltes i he aconseguit les que volia. Lo meu no \u00e9s c\u00f3rrer per\u00f2 ho he fet.
