A les classes de 4t portem unes setmanes investigant com els h\u00e0bits alimentaris influeixen directament en la nostra salut i, sobretot, en el nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\">Menjar b\u00e9 per sentir-nos millor<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una activitat molt visual, vam descobrir que el que posem al plat ens afecta emocionalment. Vam plasmar com certs aliments ens poden fer sentir m\u00e9s cansats o tristos, mentre que una dieta equilibrada ens ajuda a estar m\u00e9s <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"233\">en\u00e8rgics, vitals i alegres<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\">Detectius d&#8217;etiquetes<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Ens vam convertir en aut\u00e8ntics investigadors analitzant productes quotidians: caldos de pollastre, refrescos, galetes&#8230; L\u2019objectiu? Aprendre a identificar els <b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"160\">ultraprocessats<\/b>. Vam crear una taula comparativa per veure la quantitat real de sucre que contenen alguns productes i ens vam emportar m\u00e9s d&#8217;una sorpresa!<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\">Esmorzars de campions i campiones<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Finalment, vam analitzar els nostres esmorzars de cada dia.
