Alguns dels beneficis de practicar-ho s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Control del cos, els exercicis augmenten la flexibilitat i la coordinaci\u00f3 de moviments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Control de la ment, amb exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 poden gestionar les emocions i sentiments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Canalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019energia, es treballa la relaxaci\u00f3 i els ajuda a calmar-se i millora la concentraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">Durant les sessions, hem fet servir el material EDUYOGA que cont\u00e9 unes cartes amb postures de ioga relacionades amb animals i elements de la natura.
