{"id":10946,"date":"2024-04-20T17:57:53","date_gmt":"2024-04-20T15:57:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiplanaspa\/?p=10946"},"modified":"2024-04-20T18:45:26","modified_gmt":"2024-04-20T16:45:26","slug":"les-nostres-emocions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiplanaspa\/general\/les-nostres-emocions\/","title":{"rendered":"LES NOSTRES EMOCIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les <\/span><b>emocions<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">s\u00f3n mecanismes que ens ajuden a reaccionar amb rapidesa davant successos inesperats que funcionen de manera autom\u00e0tica; s\u00f3n impulsos per actuar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Elles ens ajuden a<\/span><b> comprendre millor les nostres necessitats i desitjos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, aix\u00ed com a superar les dificultats en l\u2019assoliment dels nostres objectius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cal tenir en compte que <\/span><b>totes les emocions s\u00f3n v\u00e0lides.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> No existeixen emocions bones o dolentes. Les emocions s\u00f3n energia i l\u2019\u00fanica energia que \u00e9s negativa \u00e9s l\u2019energia estancada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tots tenim dret als nostres sentiments i no podem desconnectar o evitar les emocions que sentim, per\u00f2 podem <\/span><b>aprendre a gestionar els nostres estats emocionals.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>L\u2019autoconeixement, prendre consci\u00e8ncia emocional i l\u2019autogesti\u00f3 de les emocions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> s\u00f3n aprenentatges necessaris i molt valuosos que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">promouen el <\/span><b>benestar personal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, la capacitat de relacionar-se i resoldre positivament els conflictes. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No s\u00f3n aprenentatges f\u00e0cils i demanen molta pr\u00e0ctica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9s per aquest motiu que des de l\u2019escola hem realitzat activitats diverses amb l\u2019<\/span><b>objectiu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">d\u2019aprendre a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">identificar i tenir consci\u00e8ncia de les emocions pr\u00f2pies i dels altres com a mitj\u00e0 d\u2019entendre les nostres <\/span><b>necessitats a nivell emocional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">; aprendre a regular-les de manera adequada i assolir un bon equilibri emocional a partir de l\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">autoconeixement i l\u2019autogesti\u00f3 emocional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A la comunitat de petits, hem iniciat la conversa sobre les emocions a partir de contes diversos i del recurs de \u201cLes 36 cartes de les necessitats\u201d. Hem escollit aquelles cartes on es representava una emoci\u00f3 coneguda pels infants de cada nivell, per tal de poder-la comentar i definir a nivell de grup. Posteriorment, n\u2019hem fet un mural amb el recull de les seves explicacions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Finalment, hem fet l\u2019activitat \u201c<strong>Quina \u00e9s la teva necessitat?<\/strong>\u201d on cada infant ha expressat verbalment i per escrit (enganxant etiquetes amb paraules o b\u00e9, escrivint), quina necessitat o desig t\u00e9.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1EAShdSatcwasW5D6IBPZXkVRWfHqGVHb\">Clicar aqu\u00ed per a veure les imatges<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A la comunitat de mitjans hem treballat l\u2019amistat, la gelosia i l\u2019empatia a partir de la lectura del conte \u201cEls fantasmes no truquen a la porta\u201d. Aquesta lectura ens ha perm\u00e9s reflexionar sobre \u201cCom ser un bon amic i amiga?\u201d, \u201cQuines qualitats ha de tenir un bon amic i amiga?\u201d; \u201cCom puc ser jo un bon amic i amiga?\u201d; \u201cCom puc millorar la meva amistat?\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Finalment hem volgut potenciar l\u2019autoconeixement realitzant l\u2019activitat <strong>\u201cQu\u00e8 hi ha al meu cor&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0per tal de descobrir aquelles coses que s\u00f3n importants per a cadasc\u00fa; all\u00f2 que els agrada; all\u00f2 que estimen; a les persones que ajudem.<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1vMcnwbzq6RZl52MGo2BtbQE_Hzo_6CH6\">Clicar aqu\u00ed per a veure les imatges<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A la comunitat de grans hem treballat el valor de l\u2019amistat a partir de la can\u00e7\u00f3 \u201cGrita\u201d de Jarabe de Palo. Tamb\u00e9 ens ha perm\u00e8s aprofundir en nous tipus d&#8217;amistat a trav\u00e8s de les xarxes socials o b\u00e9, el m\u00f2bil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Com a cloenda d\u2019aquest treball realitzat, hem fet una exposici\u00f3 de totes aquestes activitats que us convidem a veure a la nostra escola.
