Jota\u00a0 disposa de professionals d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa amb la finalitat de garantir l\u2019equitat en l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019educaci\u00f3: <i>Educador Social\u00a0 i <\/i>T\u00e8cnica d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La contractaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests professionals est\u00e0 cofinan\u00e7at en un 40% per la Uni\u00f3 Europea i la resta pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 aix\u00f2 comporta el compliment d\u2019unes mesures de publicitat i comunicaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La incorporaci\u00f3 de t\u00e8cnics d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social i educador socials<\/span><b> t\u00e9 com a objecte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> suplementar amb professionals d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa l&#8217;activitat que es presta en els centres docents<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> amb la finalitat de garantir l&#8217;equitat en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els objectius del <\/span><b>Programa de t\u00e8cnics d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social i els educadors socials<\/b> <b>cofinan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prevenir l\u2019abandonament prematur i el frac\u00e0s escolar <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Procurar el benestar emocional dels alumnes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitar una bona conviv\u00e8ncia en els centres educatius<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribuir a l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 dels alumnes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentar la implicaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentar el vincle entre l\u2019escola i el seu entorn<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribuir al desenvolupament de plans d\u2019\u00e0mbit comunitari<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El resultat esperat del programa \u00e9s reduir l\u2019absentisme escolar i l\u2019abandonament prematur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<pre id=\"h26\"><em>Normativa<\/em>\r\n\r\n\r\n<em><a title=\"Ves al Portal Jur\u00eddic\" href=\"https:\/\/portaljuridic.gencat.cat\/ca\/pjur_ocults\/pjur_resultats_fitxa\/?documentId=480169&amp;action=fitxa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Llei 12\/2009,\u00a0<\/a>del 10 de juliol\u200b, d'educaci\u00f3.<\/em>\r\n\r\n\r\n<em><a title=\"Ves al DOGC\" href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-dogc\/?documentId=909568\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3 EDU\/2694\/2021,<\/a>\u00a0de 30 d'a\u200bgost, regula el Pla de millora d'oportunitats educatives (PMOE) per al curs 2021-2022, en el marc de les mesures adoptades pel Departament d'Educaci\u00f3 per pal\u00b7liar els efectes desfavorables per la covid-19.<\/em>\r\n\r\n<em><a title=\"Ves al DOGC\" href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-dogc\/?documentId=935403\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acord\u00a0GOV\/163\/2022,<\/a>\u00a0de 2 d\u200b'agost, pel qual es crea el Programa temporal de mesures orientades a mitigar els efectes de la complexitat socioecon\u00f2mica i cultural en els resultats de l'acci\u00f3 educativa.\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/em>\r\n\r\n<a
