L&#8217;acrosport consisteix en crear figures amb el cos, \u00e9s un esport cooperatiu que requereix molt control corporal.\u00a0 Practicant aquest esport es fomenta la creativitat, l&#8217;autosuperaci\u00f3, l&#8217;autoestima, la presa de decisions, el treball en equip, es desenvolupa la for\u00e7a muscular i ajuda a tenir un bon control postural.
