{"id":3773,"date":"2025-05-13T11:58:02","date_gmt":"2025-05-13T09:58:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipjoaquimruyra\/?p=3773"},"modified":"2025-10-27T09:55:28","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T08:55:28","slug":"xerrades-parlem-sobre-lalimentacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipjoaquimruyra\/portada\/xerrades-parlem-sobre-lalimentacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Xerrades: Parlem sobre l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Des de l&#8217;escola, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica, us convidem a un cicle de dues xerrades per abordar un tema molt important:<br>Com l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 influeix en els rols de crian\u00e7a i en la manera com establim l\u00edmits a casa. En moltes ocasions, l&#8217;\u00fas del menjar com a premi o c\u00e0stig pot generar conflictes, dificultant una relaci\u00f3 saludable amb l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i amb els nostres fills i filles.<br>\u00c9s fonamental saber com establir l\u00edmits clars i afectuosos per evitar que els \u00e0pats es converteixin en moments de tensi\u00f3 o control.<br>Les sessions estaran dinamitzades per una infermera i una dietista, que ens ajudaran a reflexionar i respondre dubtes des d&#8217;una mirada professional i propera.<br>Les sessions es duran a terme el dimarts 13 de maig i dimarts 20
