dotaci\u00f3 del <b>Programa Integrador social <\/b>cofinan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea des del curs passat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resum amb les funcions i les seves concrecions\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Funci\u00f3 1: Desenvolupar habilitats d&#8217;autonomia personal i social en alumnes en situaci\u00f3 de risc<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Donar suport a l\u2019alumnat en risc en les habilitats b\u00e0siques necess\u00e0ries per a la seva autonomia personal i social.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en la implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019actuacions del centre orientades al desenvolupament d\u2019habilitats personals i socials de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar, juntament amb els tutors o tutores, orientadors i orientadores i EAP en l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa de l\u2019alumnat at\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>Atendre les necessitats socioafectives de l\u2019alumnat at\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Funci\u00f3 2: Participar en la planificaci\u00f3 i el desenvolupament d&#8217;activitats d\u2019inclusi\u00f3 social<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposar accions en el Pla d\u2019acollida del centre que recullin les necessitats de l\u2019alumnat en risc.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar en la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019entorns inclusius dins del centre educatiu.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat en risc en els diferents espais de representaci\u00f3 del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat en risc en les activitats del centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Funci\u00f3 3: Col\u00b7laborar en la prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes entre iguals<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participar en actuacions per a la prevenci\u00f3 dels conflictes.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar en la detecci\u00f3 de conflictes.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar en la resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Funci\u00f3 4: Prevenir, detectar i intervenir en casos d&#8217;absentisme escolar<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participar en la implementaci\u00f3 dels protocols per a la prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 en casos d\u2019absentisme.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i seguiment de l\u2019alumnat absentista.<\/li>\n<li>Acompanyar les fam\u00edlies i l\u2019alumnat en risc en les transicions entre etapes educatives i itineraris postobligatoris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Funci\u00f3 5: Fer el seguiment dels alumnes en activitats lectives i extraescolars<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Observar i donar suport en activitats lectives a l\u2019alumnat que s\u2019at\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>Fer seguiment de la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat en risc en les activitats extraescolars.<\/li>\n<li>No correspon a aquests professionals la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats extraescolars ni de monitoratge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Funci\u00f3 6: Donar suport a les fam\u00edlies en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3 social dels joves i infants<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposar accions, dins el Pla d\u2019acollida de les fam\u00edlies, que recullin les necessitats de les m\u00e9s vulnerables.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la implicaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies d\u2019alumnat en risc en el seguiment escolar del seu fill o filla.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar la participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies d\u2019alumnat en risc en el centre educatiu.<\/li>\n<li>Acompanyar les fam\u00edlies ateses en situacions d&#8217;estr\u00e8s emocional o problem\u00e0tica puntual.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar en l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia de l\u2019alumnat en risc als serveis o recursos que els puguin ser necessaris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Funci\u00f3 7: Afavorir relacions positives dels alumnes amb l&#8217;entorn<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Con\u00e8ixer l\u2019entorn del centre i detectar possibles riscos contextuals per a l\u2019alumnat m\u00e9s vulnerable.<\/li>\n<li>Con\u00e8ixer i participar en els programes socioeducatius de l\u2019entorn.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un mapa de recursos que reculli l\u2019oferta de zona adre\u00e7ada als alumnes segons els seus interessos i necessitats.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinar-se amb el tutor o la tutora per orientar l\u2019alumnat en risc cap a activitats de l\u2019entorn atenent els seus interessos i necessitats.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure iniciatives, juntament amb altres professionals socioeducatius, per convertir els espais informals del barri en espais educatius.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200bCorrespon a la direcci\u00f3 del centre, en el marc de les funcions esmentades, prioritzar i concretar el pla de treball espec\u00edfic de l&#8217;integrador o la integradora social que, juntament amb la valoraci\u00f3 dels resultats, han de formar part de la programaci\u00f3 general i de la mem\u00f2ria anual del centre.<\/p>\n<p>Els integradors o integradores socials han de col\u00b7laborar amb l&#8217;equip docent que correspongui en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;un pla de treball per a cadascun dels alumnes que atenen, on s&#8217;especifiquin els objectius que cal assolir i les actuacions que cal dur a terme, procurant sempre que sigui possible el seu desenvolupament en l&#8217;entorn de l&#8217;aula
