d\u00f3na suport al Manifest per tombar el Decret de Menjador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb un 95&#8217;5% dels vots a favor, les fam\u00edlies de l\u2019escola s\u2019han pronunciat a favor d\u2019adherir-se al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fapac.cat\/2018\/11\/26\/manifest-tombar-el-decret-de-menjador-densenyament\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Manifest per tombar el Decret de Menjador<\/a> que el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 elaborant<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest manifest, promogut per diferents entitats, com la Federaci\u00f3 de Moviments de Renovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica de Catalunya, sindicats educatius i moltes Associacions de Fam\u00edlies d\u2019Alumnes agrupades a la FAPAC, denuncia que la proposta de Decret que es volia aprovar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se centra en qui ha de prestar el servei i no pas en concretar un model de menjador<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No est\u00e0 pensant en un model sostenible en el temps, emmarcat en el dret fonamental a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i a l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pret\u00e9n blindar l\u2019externalitzaci\u00f3 de la seva gesti\u00f3 i el seu funcionament sota criteris economicistes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I exigeix al Departament que reguli el servei de menjador sota aquestes premisses:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha de ser un servei p\u00fablic, vinculat directament al dret a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i al dret a l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que tots els centres educatius comptin amb cuina i equip de menjador propis, sense cap empresa intermedi\u00e0ria<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el temps de menjador s\u2019ha de recon\u00e8ixer com a temps educatiu i ha d\u2019estar integrat en el curr\u00edculum<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que les fam\u00edlies participin i siguin part d\u2019aquest model de menjador<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que el servei sigui gestionat amb criteris socioeducatius, ambientals, de proximitat i que emfatitzi la qualitat nutricional i pedag\u00f2gica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dedicar els recursos p\u00fablics necessaris per disposar del personal i infrastructura adequada per atendre l\u2019alumnat anb Necessitats Educatives Espec\u00edfiques (NEE) en condicions d\u2019igualtat respecte la resta de l\u2019alumnat. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des del passat 11 de desembre<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fapac.cat\/2018\/12\/12\/comunicat-de-la-fapac-sobre-decret-de-menjador-deducaci\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> la proposta de Decret est\u00e0 aturada<\/a>, per\u00f2 les mobilitzacions seguiran en peu fins que s\u2019hi incorporin les modificacions que facin del servei de menjador un servei p\u00fablic, educatiu i de
