Que no han parat!!!<\/p>\n<p>La Irina ens ha proposat fer:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) SUSHI: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alga Nori<\/p>\n<p>Arr\u00f2s per Sushi<\/p>\n<p>Vinagre d\u2019arr\u00f2s<\/p>\n<p>Soja<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsterilla\u201d de bamb\u00fa<\/p>\n<p>Per posar a dins: alvocat, tonyina, salm\u00f3 fumat, formatge d\u2019untar&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3: <\/strong>Rentar l\u2019arr\u00f2s fins que l\u2019aigua surti ben clara i bullir-lo 13 min., deixar-lo refredar en un bol de vidre o pl\u00e0stic i cobrir-lo amb un drap humit.<\/p>\n<p>Llavor s\u2019ha de preparar la maceraci\u00f3 de l\u2019arr\u00f2s. En un bol posem 2 cullerades de vinagre d\u2019arr\u00f2s, una de sucre i una de sal, remenar fins que quedi transparent i afegir l\u2019arr\u00f2s.<\/p>\n<p>Agafar l\u2019 \u201cesterilla\u201d, posar alga Nori i cobrir-la d\u2019arr\u00f2s, tindrem sempre un bol d\u2019aigua al costat per remullar els dits perqu\u00e8 l\u2019arr\u00f2s no se\u2019ns quedi enganxat als dits. Posar l\u2019ingredient que hi volem afegir al principi de l\u2019esterilla i deixar un espai d\u20191 dit al final, girar-la, tallar i menjar.<\/p>\n<p>I la Roser, el Pep i la Ona ens han proposat:<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) RECEPTA DE \u201cNOCILLA\u201d SENSE SUCRE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5 d\u00e0tils<\/p>\n<p>Un ditet de llet o aigua vegetal<\/p>\n<p>100gr d\u2019avellanes torrades<\/p>\n<p>50gr de cacau pur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3: <\/strong>Treus els pinyols dels d\u00e0tils i ho poses a la picadora amb un ditet de llet. Ho apartes.<\/p>\n<p>Piques les avellanes fins que queda una pasta.<\/p>\n<p>Ajuntes les dues pastes i hi afegeixes el cacau.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8230;PATAPAM!!!!
