{"id":2636,"date":"2020-02-21T07:55:53","date_gmt":"2020-02-21T06:55:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipgira-sol\/?p=2636"},"modified":"2020-02-24T08:08:07","modified_gmt":"2020-02-24T07:08:07","slug":"pastes-salades-i-piruletes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipgira-sol\/general\/pastes-salades-i-piruletes\/","title":{"rendered":"PASTES SALADES I PIRULETES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avui al taller de cuina hem fet pastes salades i piruletes de formatge:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) PASTES DE FULL SALADES: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Massa de pasta de full fresca<\/p>\n<p>Pernil dol\u00e7 i formatge<\/p>\n<p>Frankfurt de vedella<\/p>\n<p>Carbass\u00f3, pastanaga i ceba<\/p>\n<p>Tonyina<\/p>\n<p>Ou<\/p>\n<p>Sal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3: <\/strong>Estirem la massa de la pasta de full i la dividirem en quadrats depenen de la mida que volem les pastetes. (per exemple 12&#215;12 cm)<\/p>\n<p>Omplirem els quadrats amb el farciment que hem preparat, contant que ho hem d\u2019embolicar com si fos un croissant o una canyeta. Nosaltres vam decidir de fer-ne de pernil dol\u00e7 i formatge, de Frankfurt de vedella, de tonyina i de verduretes. Les verduretes les posarem crues tallades a tires.<\/p>\n<p>Afegirem una mica de sal i un cop fets els farcellets les pintarem amb ou i les posarem al forn fins que estiguin torradetes, les girarem i les tornarem a deixar al forn fins que veiem que estan fetes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) PIRULETES (SENSE PAL) DE FORMATGE: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Formatge ratllat (4 formatges per gratinar)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3: <\/strong>Preescalfa el forn a 200\u00baC. Posem paper de forn en una plata d\u2019anar al forn i anem posant muntanyetes de formatge separades entre elles perqu\u00e8 no se\u2019ns enganxin. Les deixem uns 7 minuts al forn, fins que veiem que estan daurades. Les traiem i les deixem refredar abans de treure-les de la plata.<\/p>\n<p>Nosaltres n\u2019hem fet de diferents gustos aprofitant els farciments de les pastetes, aix\u00ed que en un bol hem barrejat el formatge amb tonyina, el formatge amb pernil dol\u00e7 i tamb\u00e9 ho hem fet amb el Frankfurt.<\/p>\n<p>Esperem que us agradin!!<\/p>\n<p><a
